Each therapist may participate with different insurance networks. WWG recommends confirming that your specific therapist and plan are in-network before treatment begins.

At this time, we are only able to bill Medical Assistance when it is your primary insurance. We are unable to bill Medical Assistance as a secondary insurance.
For individuals without insurance coverage, we also offer a private pay option.

Deductibles and copays are due at the time of the visit.
Cancellation policy
There is a $98 no-show / late-cancellation fee when an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice.
