Licensed Therapist/Social Worker - W2 Position (In Person)

Wellness Warrior Group (WWG) is a reputable Group Counseling facility located in Mount Lebanon. WWG is seeking to hire full time Licensed Therapists (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSW).

Wellness Warrior Group specializes in the treatment of trauma with the use of EMDR. WWG operates on the idea that the body holds trauma which is responsible for mental health obstacles including anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, and more. WWG is seeking to hire like-minded clinicians to create a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and clients.

Wellness Warrior Group provides an independent yet supportive work environment. Additionally, all specializations are welcome. WWG is seeking clinicians willing to provide in-person sessions. Hybrid positions are available if the therapist is able to commit to 2 in-person office days. The W2 position provides benefits including health insurance, dental/vision insurance, and life insurance.

Salary: hourly rate

Requirements:

  • Must have an active license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSW)
  • Two years of experience providing therapy (individual, group, or family)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must become trained in EMDR (WWG will pay for a portion this)
  • Passionate about working with and supporting all types of people and families
  • Willing to participate in supervision/consultation
  • Must have initiative and be collaborative with their work
  • In order to receive benefits, the W2 employee must see 25 clients/week

Preference Given:

  • Clinicians already trained in EMDR
  • Clinicians willing to work some evening hours
  • Clinicians who have training and experience working with trauma & eating disorders
  • Clinicians who work with children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality care to clients with either tele-health or in-person sessions
  • Commit to seeing at least 10 clients/week. Full time is considered 25 billable sessions/week
  • Benefits provided to employees seeing at least 25 clients/week
  • Documentation: Treatment plans, progress notes, and any additional paperwork required to support clients or make referrals on their behalf
  • Take initiative, work independently, seek out supervision when needed or on a regular basis
  • Respond to client phone calls/emails within 2 business days
  • Complete progress notes and timesheet by the weekly deadline: Tuesdays at 11:59pm
  • Must be able to provide in-person services (no virtual only)
