Licensed Therapist / Social Worker
W2 position · In-person / hybrid
Wellness Warrior Group is a group counseling practice in Mount Lebanon specializing in trauma treatment, including EMDR. We are seeking full-time licensed clinicians who value a supportive, collaborative environment for both clients and staff.
All clinical specializations are welcome. Clinicians must be willing to provide in-person sessions. Hybrid positions are available for therapists who can commit to two in-person office days.
Requirements
- Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSW license
- Two years of therapy experience in individual, group, or family care
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Willingness to become trained in EMDR
- Passion for supporting diverse people and families
- Willingness to participate in supervision and consultation
- Initiative, independence, and a collaborative approach
- 25 clients per week are required to receive W2 benefits
Preference given to
- Clinicians already trained in EMDR
- Clinicians willing to work some evening hours
- Experience with trauma and eating disorders
- Experience working with children and adolescents
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care through telehealth or in-person sessions.
- Commit to at least 10 clients per week; full-time is considered 25 billable sessions per week.
- Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and other client-support or referral documentation.
- Work independently, take initiative, and seek supervision when needed.
- Respond to client phone calls and emails within two business days.
- Complete progress notes and timesheets by the weekly Tuesday 11:59 p.m. deadline.
- Provide in-person services; this is not a virtual-only position.
