As a Licensed Therapist I believe there is great value in a curious and non-judgmental exploration of our feelings, thoughts, actions, and relational patterns in the presence of another person. I value the collaborative therapeutic relationship, using authenticity and humor within the therapy process. Together we will explore habits, beliefs, holding patterns, physical manifestations, limitations and the underlying issues that keep you stuck in patterns that restrict your capacity to enjoy the quality of life you desire.
I welcome all genders, sexual orientations, races, nationalities, and have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care which prioritizes appreciating the totality of a person within their environment.
My approach is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based treatment modalities including, Mindfulness- based therapy, DBT, ACT, and CBT, utilizing a psychodynamic lens that links the past to the present in order to create one's best future self. I have experience helping clients examine a wide range of issues including relational conflict, sexual abuse, unhealthy attachment, process addictions, trauma, OCD, grief and anger management.
The journey will always be centered on finding what works best for you, to help you increase compassion for yourself and others, strengthen your capacity to make meaningful change, and cope with challenges that life presents. I will learn about you and strive to understand you, including your past, and current life experiences, with the intention to guide you towards change that is long lasting and integrative.

Trauma can create a feeling within us that others won't accept us, see us or feel what we feel. It can leave us feeling scared, alone and judged. Life stressors can develop creating a mountain that seems too big to climb. It can create a space where you don't have the words to describe what you are feeling and experiencing. You don't have to. Therapy is a journey of discovery and an experience of acceptance and safety. Healing occurs when we recognize where we have been and create new paths for our lives. She accompanies people on their journey towards healing.
